How to play football freestyle?
Football freestyle juggling is the art of using feet, knees, back, shoulders and head while simultaneously performing skilled movements to keep the ball in the air. This may seem very hard for many people, however with practice it's pretty easy.
Stages of completion
1. When you first start any movement, it is recommended to start with simple juggling, so take the ball in your hands and let it fall on your foot juggling. Try to keep the ball as close to the body as possible.
2. Thereafter, try flicking the ball fast to make your juggling: it should not return to the ground and it is in fact hold a certain position in the air by doing this kind juggling.
3. Finally, do the juggling using your two feet, the ball must not touch the ground and you should be able to do your juggling quite quickly. Thereafter, use your knees, your head and shoulders in order to diversify your movements.
